How awesome is it that the seventh volume of the series will be released on the seventh day of the... eleventh month. Tokyopop also updated their cover to reflect the same image as the Japanese edition. Only two more months to go.

The July issue of Wings magazine will again contain another exciting chapter of Meteor Methuselah. Also, did anybody buy the May issue and would like to share scans? I totally lost out on the chance to buy my copy.

According to Peter Ahlstrom, a Tokyopop representative, volume 7 of Immortal Rain should be coming out by November. Please consult this thread for additional details.

Please note that I am NOT a Tokyopop employee so if this information changes between now and November, I don't know anything about it.

[19-Apr 2006] NEW WINGS

The April issue had a special chapter entitled "Princess of the Abandoned Kingdom" that features three familiar characters as children... Also, the May issue has another chapter of the series. Woo! Two months in a row.

[22-Dec 2005] VOLUME 7 COVER OUT

After a month's delay, volume 7 has been released!

[04-Nov 2005] HUCKLEBERRY 6

From Manganews: Huckleberry Suspended: The publication of Huckleberry (WingsExtra) has been suspended after the release of Vol.6 on October 22.

I still don't have a copy of Huckleberry 6 so I don't know if Shinigami from the East has finished with this issue or if it will be incomplete till the magazine resumes publication. Please stay tuned.

Cross 35 of Meteor Methuselah was in the October 2005 issue. Scans will appear later tonight.

Also, I finally received my copy of Huckleberry 4, which also contained a chapter of MM: Shinigami of the East. So I guess that's the first chapter of the prequel...?

This chapter appeared in Shinshokan's Huckleberry magazine #5. It included 3 colored pages, and covered 42 pages.

[29-Jun 2005] WINGS AUGUST ISSUE.

According to the Shinshokan website, the August issue of Wings magazine is going to have a colored image for Meteor Methuselah. I've already ordered my copy and will be posting snippets as soon as I can.

Here's hoping for more Rain in this chapter. The last one was lovely, but had too much Yuca, too little Rain.
