A land of magicians. People in this country go to school to study magic. One of the country's main feature is its immense libraries, which contain all their knowledge and research on magic. This country resembles Victorian London in architecture and fashion. The central room of the Rekoruto library even seems to be modeled after the British Museum Reading Room.
