Four months since the last update. Wow. I, admittedly, did have a lot of things that distracted me and it was hard to get motivated to work on this monster of a site.

Anyway, mostly cosmetic changes for now, but I hope to do a pretty big update this weekend. Thanks for visiting, as always.

Chibi Yuuto updated with a whole mess of news about the 2nd season of Tsubasa Chronicle, vol. 14 of the manga, etc. I updated the pages accordingly with all this info. And I apologize for being so lax with the site. I know that it's no longer the best Tsubasa site on the web, but I hope that you, dear visitor, are coming back here because of the substance and not because of the flash.

And with that, the first season of Tsubasa Chronicle is complete.

Massive updates on features. This is what I like writing. Summaries, not so much.

MERCHANDISE: Images for 2006 anime calendars are up, thanks again to the quick eyes of sango-chan from the forums. There are a bunch of gashapon and figures coming out in October/November and I'll add the links & images for those soon.
LYRICS: Thanks to iridaceaena and Lothe for their version of the "Amrita" lyrics. Once I figure out a systematic way of setting this up, I'll add the lyrics for the other songs too.

Leftover updates from yesterday:
- Track info for Future Soundscape II is up. (Translation help thanks to agentw7!)
- Updated episode titles up to ep 23

A few things:
- Magazine scans have the latest spreads from Animedia and Newtype
- I posted pictures of the Tsubasa Chronicle DVD boxset on my livejournal. When Tsubasa Chronicle gets a North America release, you know I'll be buying that too.
- Merchandise page has been heavily updated with the latest anime and/or movie merchandise. A lot of them have repetitive images, but heck, I'm cataloging all them as much as I humanly can.

Fyuula from the Wing Journey forums (yay! my forum peeps are awesome!) found the actual image of the Tsubasa Chronicle box. Between the movie, the release of v11 of the manga, and the DVD releases, Tsubasa fans will be handing over a lot of cash to CLAMP again this month.

Thanks to Kyle Rondart from the Capturedwings.net Forums: The latest installment of Yui Makino's radio show includes a sample of the movie song "Amurita." It's actually a pretty song.

Or, if you have problems with .ram files (as I sometimes do myself), here's a sample of the song. I also ripped a sample of the Yui Makino version of "Tsubasa" which was first played in Episode 16.

So much new merchandise. Three different pages that contain info about Tsubasa swag are updated. I hope to update the movie page the closer the release date comes. If there are any visitors to this site who live in Japan who can provide an early report for the movie, please send it here! It would be very helpful and very informative for everybody who comes by this site.

I'm so hot and exhausted, and it's only 10:34 in the morning. This is precisely why I loathe the summer.

- TANKO: Volume 11 of the manga will be released on 17-August. The Hardcover will feature Ashura, and the paperback will the same image used in Shonen Magazine 19.

- MOVIE: Don't you wish you were in Japan on August 20, which btw is the release date for the movies. A full trailer of the xxxHolic & Tsubasa movies is up on the official site. In addition, thanks to the sleuths over at the forums, you may visit Production I.G.'s Japanese site to see some more screenshots of the movie.

- WALLPAPERS: Uploaded a bunch of new contributions from dhias and KeoZen. Thank you!

It's that time of the month! Magazine scans are up for Animedia. There's actually more coverage on the movies (both Tsubasa Chronicle and xxxHolic) and they introduce a few more of the supporting characters.

If anybody subscribes or has bought the August issue of Megami Magazine, I am asking if you could scan and e-mail me the image of Sakura in the Outo waitress outfit? I'm currently too poor to buy a copy of a magazine just because of one image.

Updated the Merchandise page with new items. Again, no new images here, but at least some items will feature a clean textless version of illustrations we've seen before (like the image of the trio from Shonen Magazine).

Also, in bigger news, I've caved in and made a forum. The tagboard was becoming too crowded and I figured, why not.

Arigatou to Mystic Dawn for sending over the scans of the July Animage. At least we know (from their costumes) that they'll make it to Shurano. Sorry, I didn't realize those outfits on the cover are the movie outfits! I have lots of catching up to do, especially since I was away for a couple of days. Expect updates then.
